The Conspiracy

I love to listen to the croaking caw of ravens flying around in the woods by our house. They seem so wise and confident as they hop around in the treetops. I’ve wanted to make a Raven mosaic for awhile, and after much thought, came up with this arrangement. It was not easy to sketch them in these positions, but it was central to my idea. I tried using obsidian for the feathers but it just wouldn’t work. It is a good lesson to not force it after a week of trying. I started fresh and everything flowed more easily.
